Role of Homeowner Associations
Your homeowner association is governed by a Board of Directors, that are homeowners who have chosen to volunteer to serve your community. They are responsible for the community’s operations and overseeing the common areas. In addition, the Board may amend the covenants, conditions, and restrictions for the community.
