Pets

Pets are a part of family living for many residents and we welcome them at Les Chateaux. The pet policy permits one pet at a maximum weight of 35 lbs at maturity. Or, two small pets whose combined weight totals 35 lbs at maturity. It is the responsibility of every pet owner to keep their pet leashed at all times when outside and to pick up their pet’s “deposits”. Waste bags are provided and dispensers are located in several areas of the complex.
